99minds is a Career Wellbeing coaching and training company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We believe that every individual deserves a thriving career and every organization deserves a thriving team. We’re committed to helping you achieve it.

Why Career Wellbeing? Well, 99minds is rooted in the philosophy that careers are more than just a job, an interview or a promotion. Careers are this ever changing confluence of forces that we deal with during a large portion of our daily lives that disproportionately impact our overall wellbeing. We are passionate about coaching and training professionals to have the right mindset to navigate these forces so that they can have a thriving overall wellbeing.

We work with professionals who are just starting out, first time managers, established professionals who want to re-ignite their spark, established leaders and also those who are looking out at new horizons in their career. They all have one thing in common - a goal to excel. 99minds guides them through a systematic approach towards the realization of their goals.

We also work with organizations to help maximize the potential of their teams and leaders so that they can deliver their best. We focus on building the right effectiveness programs for organizations and also train leaders on coaching skills so that they can empower their teams.

Keeping the busy professional in mind, 99minds continuously evolves our programs to ensure our methodologies are always nimble and in lock-step with the current paradigms in the industry.

This is the foundation of what 99minds is all about. To Enhance Wellbeing - One professional at a time.
