We are an agency based in Germany that helps clients building digital products and services, and bringing them to market. We unify the most essential components of product development - code, design and strategy - in one team while working on the bleeding edge of technology.

Clients range from startups to established us-based tech-giants (Amazon, Google, Shutterstock), and global organizations (OECD, World Economic Forum, Bertelsmann Foundation).

How we work

Transforming an idea into a successful product takes more than just technical expertise. We work closely with our clients to perfectly fit the product to its user & owner. In this process, we set up a detailed roadmap from concept to success. 9elements practices lean development, agile processes & methods (e.g. SCRUM) and iterative design & implementation processes.

Our team

We work in small, high profile teams of dedicated, T-shaped professionals.

Our team of 40 Full-Stack developers, designers and product managers value good cooperation, technical quality and continuous improvement. At and after work we highly care about a friendly and respectful atmosphere.

Our developers and designers frequently speak at conferences, contribute to open source projects and have an outstanding reputation in the iOS, Android and Javascript Developer Communities.

The technology we use

Our team is influenced by a wide spectrum of backgrounds: from game development and interface design to state-of-the-art computer science research. We’re technology pragmatists using the tools that the job requires. For agile web development, we rely on robust frameworks such as Ruby on Rails. For innovative user interfaces, we pioneer using cutting edge technologies like React.js and AngularJS. For fast mobile applications with stunning animations on iOS and Android, we use Objective C, Swift and Java.
