Starting as an Administrative Assistant at NNPC Medical Services from March 1999 to February 2002, Gerald managed databases and oversaw executive schedules. Subsequently, at Lions Telecoms Nigeria Limited from May 2002 to December 2009, Gerald improved work ethics through policy implementation and project management. A tenure at Etisalat Nigeria as a Customer Care Executive in early 2010 involved processing subscriber requests efficiently. From January 2012 to September 2019, Gerald worked at 9mobile, first as a Sales & Community Engagement Analyst, fostering stakeholder relationships, and later as a Specialist in Government & Community Affairs, managing CSR initiatives and deepening engagement strategies. Gerald holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Literary Studies from Imo State University and a Master of Public Administration from the National Open University of Nigeria.
