Obafemi Banigbe

Obafemi Banigbe is a technology executive, entrepreneur, consultant, and advisory leader with a track record of steering strategic initiatives across Africa's telecom and digital services markets. They currently serve as Chief Executive Officer of 9mobile, and hold roles as a Non-Executive Director at Amplitude Telecoms Africa and as an Advisory Board Member for Telecel Group. They previously co-founded TVAnywhere Africa and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 2019 to 2024. Education includes a B.Eng in Electrical/Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Minna (1993–1998), an Advanced Management Program at London Business School (2007), and an MBA in Engineering Business Management from The University of Manchester (2007–2010).
