Jackie Coan

Jackie Coan, CFE has over two decades of experience in various roles within the franchise industry. Jackie began their career in 1998 at ActionCOACH Business Coaching, where they served as Co-Master Franchise in Georgia and Asia Franchise Marketing & Support Ops in Singapore. During their time there, they played a key role in the international expansion of the company, including the launch of a corporate office in Singapore. In 2013, Coan joined Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli as the International Franchise Director, where they successfully established new franchise territories and implemented Master and Regional franchise models. Jackie then moved on to Crestcom International in 2019, working in franchise development before leaving in 2021. Coan also gained experience as a Leadership Trainer & Facilitator with The John Maxwell Team, where they offered workshops, seminars, and training for personal and professional growth. Additionally, they worked at Imac Raffles Group as a Director, providing education and guidance for non-traditional executive recruitment and starting new businesses. Currently, Coan holds the position of Director of International Support at 9Round Fitness, where they oversee international operations and provides support for franchisees.

Jackie Coan, CFE holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Leadership Development from the University of Southern Queensland, completed from 2000 to 2001. They also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the National University of Singapore. In terms of certifications, Jackie Coan is a Certified Franchise Executive obtained from ICFE in February 2023. Additionally, they are an Independent Certified Teacher & Facilitator with The John Maxwell Team since 2017.
