9th & Lee is a specialized talent agency with two divisions serving distinct but equally underserved markets.

Our staffing practice places BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, clinical directors, and behavioral health leadership with ABA clinics, school systems, and healthcare organizations nationwide. We also staff educational organizations with substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, early childhood educators, center directors, and instructional support staff. We are not a generalist recruiting firm that added these fields to a service menu. These are the markets we know, and we have spent years building the candidate relationships and market knowledge that make our searches faster and more precise than traditional agencies.

Our representation practice works with athletes navigating NIL, coaches pursuing their next opportunity, esports talent seeking organizational partnerships, and content creators building their brand across all industries and platforms. We represent the talent the same way we place it, with genuine field knowledge and a relationship-first approach.

9th & Lee was founded on a simple belief. The right person in the right role changes everything for the individual, the organization, and the people they serve. We take that seriously on both sides of the business.

South Florida based. Serving clients and talent nationwide.
