Operations Team

The Operations Team at A&A oversees the efficient and effective maintenance of over 120 million square feet of diverse client spaces across 28 states. Led by experienced professionals—including Vice Presidents and Regional Directors—the team focuses on implementing sustainable products and procedures, catering to both union and non-union facilities. They manage operations for a wide range of sectors including healthcare, aviation, education, hospitality, and more, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.
