About

Ryan earned his PhD in Genome Sciences at the University of Washington before starting at Adaptive Biotechnologies. At Adaptive, he built and led the Antigen Map Project, in which Adaptive and Microsoft set out to jointly learn how to “read” the immune system for disease diagnosis. He is now using his expertise in sequencing, proteomics, and computational analysis to build and optimize A-Alpha Bio's data science pipeline.
