A Better Way Realty, owned by Jim Flint CRS, specializes in small investment properties and partnerships for income properties.  A Better Way Realty has six Real Estate Agents ready to assist you, who all own rental property themselves. They are great resources to help you build your real estate investment portfolio. Since 2010, A Better Way Realty has purchased roughly 60 homes, remodeled and resold each one. 

Currently, a Better Way Realty is engaged in building small Assisted Living facilities. Additionally, they currently own and manage, through partnerships, 2,100 self storage units and 50,000 square feet of flex warehouse space at 5 locations. Three are located in Alabama and two are in New Mexico.  There is currently a network of about about 250 partners, all managed by a Better Way Realty. 

Since 2006, Jim Flint has been teaching real estate investment classes at two community colleges and other adult education programs. These classes are excellent opportunities to learn investment strategies from an expert.
