Denise Barry

Denise Barry has worked in a variety of roles since 2002. Denise began their career as a Receptionist at Robbinette Homes, followed by a Dispatcher at Lehigh Cement and Continental Florida Materials. In 2005, they took on the role of Office Manager at Imagine Sportswear, where they were responsible for full charge end-to-end office management. From 2008 to 2018, they held various roles at Axxiome Group and Andean Tower Partners, including Operations & Office Manager and EA to the CEO. In 2019, they were a Senior Human Resources & Payroll Administrator and Human Resources & Payroll Administrator at Online Vacation Center. Since 2020, they have been the Sr. Manager HRBP and Sr. Manager, People Operations at SmartHop, where they have been responsible for aligning people ops, company culture, and values with biz strategy/operations and OKRs. In 2022, they will become the Director of Human Resources at A-CAP.

Denise Barry obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Organizational Development from the University of South Florida between 1998 and 2002. In 2011, they obtained a Human Resources Management Certification from Florida Atlantic University. Additionally, they are a Notary Public in the State of Florida.
