Olav Ausel is currently the Leder Eiendom at Å Energi, a position held since 2023. Prior to this, Olav served as Innkjøpssjef at Agder Energi from 2015 to 2024 and worked as a Senior Rådgiver Innkjøp at Agder Energi AS from 2013 to 2015. Olav's early career includes teaching at the Norwegian Community School in 2006-2007 and serving as a Sales Manager at LOS AS from 2007 to 2013.
