o	Our Motivation: A & F Tutors was founded on the belief  “ Every human being has a right to education which open doors” 
o	1-2-1 Private Tutoring services for Primary, Secondary, College, University Students and Adults 
o	Specialist Exam Preparations: Year 2 and 6 SATS, GCSE, ESOL, IELTS, 11 Plus, 13 Plus, A Levels, Functional Skills Level 1, 2, 3 in Maths, English and ICT
o	Holistic Mentoring Services: which includes career, personal, financial and Academic mentoring, and financial education.
o	Apprenticeships  aimed at helping teenagers and adults from low socioeconomic background into apprenticeship programs [How to source opportunities, writing professional CVs/Personal Statements
o	Provision of ESOL Maths, English and ICT one -to-one tutoring and group training programs
o	Employability programs: This is aimed at equipping secondary/school  and University students with relevant work experience through summer placements.
o	In recognition of our services in this area, City University has established a partnership with us to help City Students gain employable skills during the summer through work placements with A &F Tutors
o	Facilitating Transitions for Students: Similarly, we facilitate admission for adults from hard to reach community by mentoring and encouraging them to go back to work or College, completing their CVs, cover letters and applications, then support them with 1-2-1 tutoring services to ensure they pass through these programs.
