A-focus (est. in 2000 ) offers business development and market analysis service focused on helping technology companies improve their business through customer insight.

We have extensive experience of technology-intensive industries, with particular expertise in broadband and telecommunications, television and medtech.

Technology companies often focus too much on technology and technical features when developing, launching and selling their products. Ultimately this means they will not be as successful as they could have been with a clear focus on customers and customers’ needs.

We help our customers when they face challenges like:

- Understanding the market and what customers actually need.
- Choosing the right market and target group.
- Developing offers and value propositions.
- Providing unique buying reasons for customers.

... in order to:

- Make accurate market choices in times of change.
- Deliver faster sales growth when launching a new product
- Make larger returns on invested resources.

We do this by:

- Researching markets and customer needs.
- Analyzing their competitors.
- Developing market strategies, value propositions and customer offers
- Improving and supporting their go-to-market processes, tools and support
