Brandon Thompson

Brandon Thompson possesses extensive experience in cybersecurity, compliance, and IT management, currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at A-LIGN since October 2016, where roles have included Senior Director of Cybersecurity and Compliance Services and Director of ISO and HITRUST. Prior to A-LIGN, Brandon worked at Sword & Shield Enterprise Security, Inc. as a Solutions Architect and Systems Engineer, offering Virtual Chief Information Security Officer services and overseeing IT infrastructure projects. Earlier career experience includes Systems Administrator roles at Claris Networks and Park West, where responsibilities encompassed managing security, network, and server infrastructures. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Security from ITT Technical Institute.
