Michael Pan

Michael Pan is a Managing Director and Partner at Warburg Pincus LLC, a position held since 2012. In addition to this role, Michael serves as a board member for A-LIGN, Certified Laboratories, Inc., and FlexXray Foreign Material Inspection Services, all since 2021, and previously for GA Foods from 2020 to 2022. Michael held the role of Vice President at GIC in 2018 and was a board member at GFL Environmental Inc. and Hygiena during the same year and from 2016 to 2018, respectively. Early in the career, Michael gained experience as a Summer Associate at Goldman Sachs in 2011 and worked as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group from 2007 to 2010. Educational credentials include an MBA as a Baker Scholar from Harvard Business School and a Summa Cum Laude B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School.
