Patrick Sullivan

Patrick Sullivan has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Patrick is currently the Vice President of Customer Success at A-LIGN starting from January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Customer Success and Director of Enterprise Accounts at A-LIGN, where they were involved in compliance and security assessment solutions. Patrick also had managerial roles as a Manager and Associate Manager at A-LIGN.

Before joining A-LIGN, Patrick worked as an Advisory Board Member at AdvisoryCloud. Patrick also held positions at Sword & Shield Enterprise Security, Inc., where they served as the Senior Director of MSSP and Corporate Infrastructure, and as an Enterprise Consultant, Managing Consultant-PCI. At TekLinks, Patrick was the Director of Technical Account Management, focusing on building trust and developing relationships with partners.

In addition to their roles in the security and technology industry, Patrick has experience in education. Patrick was an Instructor at Fountainhead College of Technology, where they helped develop their eCampus platform and taught courses in Project Management, Database Administration, and Computer Programming. Patrick also served as the Director of Medical Information Services at Lincoln Memorial University, where they implemented telemedicine and remote learning processes.

Throughout their career, Patrick has demonstrated expertise in leadership, compliance, governance, IT management, and building strong partnerships.

Patrick Sullivan pursued their education with a focus on Information Technology and network security. Patrick completed their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Network Security and Forensics from Fountainhead College of Technology between 2012 and 2017. Patrick furthered their studies by obtaining a Master of Science degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Western Governors University from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are enrolled at the University of the Cumberlands, pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Information Technology, which is expected to be completed by 2024.

In terms of certifications, Patrick obtained several credentials in the field of cybersecurity and IT. These include the American Mensa Member and Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals from ISACA, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) from EC-Council and ISACA respectively, Certificate Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK) v4 from Cloud Security Alliance, CISA from ISACA, Tenable Certified Sales Engineer from Tenable Network Security, PCI QSA from the PCI Security Standards Council, CISSP from (ISC)², AlienVault Certified Security Engineer, CCSFP from HITRUST Alliance LLC, Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) from Microsoft. The completion dates of these certifications vary between 2012 and 2023, with some missing specific month or year information.
