A Lust for Life is an award winning youth mental health charity with a focus on early prevention education.  The impact we wish to achieve is to create a generational circuit breaker in how we talk about and treat mental health in Ireland, by giving children and young people tools and skills to enhance and protect their mental health from the earliest age.
 
Our vision  is a world where every child and young person mentally, emotionally and socially thrives. 
 
Our mission is to empower and educate all young people in Ireland through early preventative mental health programmes driving positive changes in their lives and our world.
