Suzanne Pool

Suzanne Pool has extensive work experience across various industries and roles. Suzanne started their career at Friends Provident in 1988 and worked in various roles including customer services, HR business partner, reward manager, and HR policy & strategy manager. In 2004, they joined Simplyhealth as an HR director and was later promoted to customer experience & performance director. From 2011, they have been working as a senior managing director at AM Best, overseeing HR & operations in multiple branches. Suzanne has expertise in HR management, business process improvement, customer experience, and mergers & acquisitions.

Suzanne Pool started their education at the University of Surrey, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. Suzanne attended the university from 1984 to 1988. Afterward, they enrolled in the Chartered Institute of Insurance from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained the ACII designation. In 1996, Suzanne furthered their education at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, completing a program that granted their the MCIPD title in 1997.
