Wayne Smith

Wayne Smith has extensive experience in construction management, currently serving as Superintendent at A M King since September 2021. Prior roles include Field Superintendent at J&S Construction Company, Inc., General Superintendent at GRAYCON BUILDING GROUP INC., and Construction Superintendent at HUTTON CONSTRUCTION, INC., where notable projects included ground-up constructions and remodels for various commercial entities. Smith has also worked with Crossland Construction Company, overseeing significant projects such as ALDI Supermarkets and TARGET, consistently delivering on schedule and within budget. Earlier experience includes ownership at Deckedout Construction and positions at USG Framing and Mercedes Homes, where valuable efficiencies were achieved in project timelines. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Utah Valley University.
