Dan Royston

Dan Royston has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Dan started their career in 1990 at Rubbermaid Commercial Products, where they served as an Industrial Engineer and Safety Manager. Dan implemented various safety initiatives, prevented a successful union organizing campaign, and received a Corporate customer service award. In 1996, they joined A. O. Smith Corporation as a Production Manager and gradually progressed to roles such as SAP Implementation Project Manager, Distribution Center Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Plant Manager, and finally Director of Operations. Throughout their career, they focused on safety, quality, cost control, and continuous improvement. Dan was instrumental in driving sales expansion, reducing costs, and implementing lean methodology. Dan also excelled in developing and coaching team members, building strong relationships, and implementing change.

Dan Royston earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from East Tennessee State University in 1988. Dan later completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at King University from 2007 to 2009.
