Jack Riley

Jack Riley has extensive work experience in the field of compliance and continuous improvement. Jack is currently the Director of Global Compliance at A. O. Smith Corporation since September 2019. Prior to this role, they worked at Johnson Controls for many years. At Johnson Controls, Jack held several positions, including Director of Global Compliance from July 2014 to July 2018 and Continuous Improvement Program Manager from October 2006 to July 2014. In these roles, they were responsible for training, mentoring, and coaching employees at all levels of the organization in continuous improvement methodologies. Jack has been with Johnson Controls since September 1994.

Jack Riley has a Bachelor's degree in Geography, Mathematics, and Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Jack also holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning and Geographic Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Furthermore, they are a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) obtained in 2019 from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
