John Whitfield

John Whitfield, PMP, serves as a Corporate Technical Training Specialist at A. O. Smith Corporation since May 2013, where responsibilities include coordinating and executing day-to-day training functions as part of the HR team. Previously, John held senior trainer/developer roles at Universal Strategy Group, Inc. and Advancia Corporation from 2005 to 2013. John holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Minnesota State University, Mankato (1998) and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences from Cumberland University.
