Kenneth Ezzell

Kenneth Ezzell is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Field Marketing Specialist at A. O. Smith Corporation since December 2003, with experience in training plumbers, contractors, sales representatives, distributors, and new employees on water heater applications and troubleshooting. Kenneth has also held roles as a Training Supervisor, Customer Service Trainer, and Team Lead for a residential call center, overseeing a team and managing escalated customer inquiries. Prior experience includes working in maintenance for Metro Nashville Government, where Kenneth supervised a team and operated large equipment, and as a cashier at Wal-Mart, developing strong customer service skills.
