Mike Schultz

Mike Schultz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product safety, compliance, and engineering. Since December 2013, Mike has held various prominent positions at A. O. Smith Corporation, including Product Safety and Compliance Director, Director of Commercial Engineering, and Manager of Product Development for Commercial Water Heating. Prior to this role, Mike worked at Honeywell from February 1996 to December 2013, where responsibilities included Senior Application Engineer and Senior Product Manager. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completing studies from 1981 to 1988.
