Patrick Gill has extensive work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Patrick began their career as an Engineering Co-op Student at Magnetek, where they gained valuable experience in engineering. Patrick then moved on to United Technologies as an Engineering Coordinator before joining Calsonic Kansei as a Manufacturing Manager, overseeing the production of heat exchange products for the automotive industry. Patrick later became the Plant Manager at Calsonic Kansei, responsible for a 500+ person operation. Patrick joined A. O. Smith Corporation as an Assembly Operations Manager, where they led the production operations in the final assembly area of a residential water heater plant. Most recently, Patrick has been serving as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager at A. O. Smith Corporation before being promoted to Director of Operations. Throughout their career, Patrick has consistently focused on driving improvement in safety, quality, customer service, delivery, productivity, cost, and morale.
Patrick Gill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Kettering University from 1986 to 1991. Patrick then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2000 to 2004.
