André Kalter

André Kalter has extensive experience in pension administration and project expertise, currently serving as a Senior medewerker Projectexpertise at a.s.r. verzekeringen since January 2002, where responsibilities include reviewing requirements, creating test plans, developing test cases, and executing acceptance tests in both Dutch and English. Prior to this, André worked at De Amersfoortse for over 14 years in similar project expertise roles, initially starting as a pensioenmedewerker and progressing to a pensioenspecialist from 1994 to 2002. André holds a VWO diploma from Johannes Calvijn Lyceum Kampen and an HEAO diploma in Economic Law from Christelijke Hogeschool Windesheim, along with qualifications in pension practice and actuarial sciences from NIBE-SVV Opleidingen and the Actuarieel Instituut.
