Simone Roos has extensive experience in human resources and data analytics, currently serving as Manager HR Data & Digitaal at a.s.r. verzekeringen since June 2015, where responsibilities include HR reporting and digital transformation. Prior roles include Lead HR Data & Analytics, focusing on data accessibility and architecture, and Digital Customer Journey expert, specializing in customer experience evaluation and feedback analysis. Earlier positions include Research Consultant and Researcher at TNS NIPO, and Research Assistant roles at both the University of Amsterdam and Regioplan Beleidsonderzoek. Simone Roos holds multiple degrees, including a BSc and MSc in Sociology from the University of Amsterdam, a Nima B in Consumer Marketing, and is currently enrolled in leadership programs at de Baak, alongside additional education from Nyenrode Business University and AOG School of Management.
