Haley Garthwaite

Haley Garthwaite (Williams) is an Internal Communications & Engagement Lead at A-SAFE Group since 2025, where they focus on fostering organisational culture and employee engagement. Previously, Haley held various roles at Apogee Corporation, contributing as a Customer Liaison Executive, People & Culture Project Lead, and Talent Development Executive. With an extensive career at Lloyds Banking Group from 1999 to 2018, they served as a Training Manager, Colleague Engagement Manager, and Internal Communications Business Partner. Haley earned a National Diploma with Distinction from Calderdale College and two certificates in Training Practice and Personal Development from the University of Leicester, both with commendations.
