Joyce Dam is currently serving as the Commercial Transformation Manager at A-SAFE GROUP, a position held since January 2024. In this role, Joyce collaborates with senior personnel across Sales, Operations, and Digital teams to enhance sales processes, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs while increasing profitability. Previous experience includes serving as Algemeen Manager and Office Manager at A-SAFE NEDERLAND from March 2015 to February 2024, and as Facilitair Manager at Amsterdam Identity Apartments from October 2012 to November 2013. Earlier in the career, Joyce completed a traineeship in the Purchase Department at Groupe Pierre et Vacances et Center Parcs in 2011. Joyce holds a Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management from NHTV, completed in 2014, and a HAVO degree in Culture and Society from ISW Gasthuislaan, attained in 2008.
