Welcome to A-Search – Successful recruitments since 1991

We help companies grow strong businesses throughout the country by offering them highly qualified candidates throughout Executive Search. Our offices are located in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmo. (www.asearch.se)

We are a part of The Taplow Group, a worldwide network, who provides us with the possibilities to identify and recruit across the borders. (http://www.taplowgroup.com/)

We pride ourselves in identifying, recruiting and assessing leaders and experts whose experience, skills and records of success are a perfect match with our client requirements.

We offer our customers a solid process in eight steps. From the startup meeting where we create a document of your company that we provide to our candidates. Continuing with a research within the current industry for the best talents. After our competency based interviews we present the top 3-5 candidates. If desired, we can also offer a comprehensive personality test with our psychologist. In addition, we can also provide a background check if desired.

Diversity is a must and we at A-Search have taken several actions in order to be among the best recruiting companies within Sweden. For example, we are the first recruitment company in the world to get the Global Diversity Certification thru GDCF, which is The World Federation of United Nations Association’s exclusive global partner for engaging corporations in work on diversity issues.

We are also one of the initiators of Diversity Charter Sweden, which focus is to ban discrimination in the workplace and commit to work towards creating diversity. It expresses a company’s willingness to improve the degree to which their workforce reflects the diversity. (http://www.diversity-charter.com/)
