Murad Mirza has extensive experience in risk management and financial supervision, having served as the Head of Risk Management Department at Xalq Bank from November 2017 to September 2023. Following this role, Murad worked as an Advisor to the CEO at Boa Agency from December 2023 to May 2024 and currently holds the position of Head of Risk Management at A-Solutions since May 2024. Prior to these roles, Murad gained valuable experience as an Inspector in the Credit Institutions Supervision Department at the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan from January 2012 to April 2016, and subsequently in the Banking Supervision Department at the Financial Market Supervisory Authority of Azerbaijan from April 2016 to November 2017. Murad holds a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from Azerbaijan State University of Economics (2005-2009) and a Master's degree in International Business from the International University in Geneva (2010-2011).
