Ian Okeefe

Ian O'Keefe is a seasoned analytics and HR professional with extensive experience in talent analytics and organizational effectiveness. As the Founder and CEO of ikona Analytics since August 2023, O'Keefe provides consulting services that leverage data to enhance HR operations. O'Keefe also serves as a member of A.Team's CXO Expert Network and as an HR Venture Advisor at SemperVirens Venture Capital. Previously, O'Keefe held leadership positions at Amazon, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Google, Sears Holdings Corporation, and American Express, where expertise in analytics and strategic transformation was consistently applied. O'Keefe holds a Master of Science in Data Science from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
