Shaheed Ebrahim

Shaheed Ebrahim has a diverse work experience. Shaheed started their career in 2013 as a Photo/Electronics Specialist at London Drugs, where they managed the photo lab and handled all sales and printing of photos. In 2014, they moved to Precision Drilling as a Data Analyst. In 2017, they joined A Thinking Ape as a Software Development Engineer (Co-op). Shaheed then progressed to Software Development Engineer, Software Development Engineer II, and Engineering Manager (Product). In their roles at A Thinking Ape, they collaborated and led the engineering development of a product cell, mentored other Engineers, architected, designed and deployed a micro-service, and received an award for top quarterly employee. Shaheed also reduced the Android crash rate for one of their games from 4.64% to 1.

Shaheed Ebrahim attended the University of Calgary from 2012 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. During the same period, they also attended the Haskayne School of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems. Shaheed also holds a certification from the ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest (IPCID).
