At A Transição Verde (ATV), we are dedicated to advancing Africa’s sustainable future by integrating environmental care with economic and social progress.

ATV is a UK company with main operations based in Mozambique, where our team leverages 13 years of experience. Our focus is on delivering sustainable food production systems by collaborating with small-scale farmers and community farming cooperatives, as well as developing climate-smart nature projects such as agroforestry and regenerative agriculture. ATV also works directly with research partners in South Korea to develop smart nature/agri technologies to combine with carbon removal strategies.

Our work aligns with several key Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 13 and SDG 2:
Climate Action (SDG 13): We reduce emissions through low-carbon land use, biomass alternatives, and restoring carbon sinks.
Zero Hunger (SDG 2): We enhance food security with sustainable agricultural practices that boost productivity and resilience.

By partnering with local communities, businesses, governments, and academic institutions, we drive impactful solutions that harness Africa’s potential for a cleaner, more sustainable, and food-secure future.
