A1 Performance Club is a sports performance and strength training company devoted to helping as many people as possible achieve their health and fitness goals. Our private, 2,500 sq/ft facility in West Hamilton, Ontario, is home to some of the best coaches in the business.

For competitive athletes who want to dominate at the highest levels, we offer an industry-leading in & off-season training experience as well as in-house nutrition coaching to ensure maximal recovery. Our athletes undergo in-depth assessment protocols which allow us to design the best program for each individual. No cookie-cutter programs here! Our training methodologies have been effective at every level; from grass-roots to professional and Olympic athletes.
