A15 Consultancy are operational build consultants within the super yacht industry, working from the Netherlands, Italy and South Africa. We support shipyards, management companies and designers from GA to delivery, assisting with practical design development and the operational set up of the interior areas on board and offer logistical support for the procurement of all owner supply items.

We provide a range of flexible consultancy services that are tailor-made to the individual requirements of each project and suitable for any timeline and budget.

We bridge the gap between construction and operation to create an environment where any crew can meet and surpass the client's highest expectations.
