Gilda Carter

Gilda Carter is currently the Vice President at A1FED since January 2022. Prior to this role, Gilda held the position of Program Manager at GovCIO for a significant period and previously worked in various roles at Western Union Electronic Mail Inc and Arlington County. Gilda obtained a Bachelor's degree from The George Washington University between 1979-1983.
