Anika Jain

Anika Jain has a diverse background in human resources, with experience spanning several companies and roles. Anika served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dell EMC from September 2018 to June 2021, where operational support was provided for HR processes, along with team member training. From July 2021 to June 2023, Anika worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at The PRactice, focusing on employee engagement and HR documentation. Currently, Anika holds the position of Human Resources Coordinator at Great Southern Hotel - Melbourne, managing all HR-related matters for the organization. In May 2024, Anika transitioned to hosting.com as HR Manager for Australia, advancing to People & Culture Manager - APAC, overseeing HR operations across multiple countries. Anika's academic qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Luxury Brand Management from Pearl Academy and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Christ University.
