Joan Viodor has been working in the tech industry since 2008. Joan began their career at 1&1 IONOS, where they held both Level 1 and Level 2 Technical Support roles. In 2013, they moved to Dreamscape Networks and continued to work in Technical Support, first as a Level 1 and then as a Level 2. In 2017, they joined Newfold Digital as a Web Hosting Migration Specialist. Most recently, in 2022, they joined A2 Hosting as a Support Generalist - Linux.

Joan Viodor obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Cebu Institute of Technology between 2004 and 2008.
