Sergey Siver has three years of experience in the technical support field. Sergey began their career in 2012 as a Support Agent at V Kontakte LLC. Sergey then moved to Ecommerce, LLC in 2015, where they held the same role of Technical Support Agent for three years. In 2018, they joined A2 Hosting as a Technical Support Agent, where they currently remain.

Sergey Siver obtained an Associate's degree in Technical Translation from Zaporizhzhya National Technical University between 2008 and 2013.
