Phil Turner is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex projects across various government and private sector organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at A23 since October 2023, Phil has previously held similar roles at A23 Canberra, Comcare, and the ACT Government, managing system upgrades and implementing cloud-based solutions. Phil's career also includes a tenure at the Australian Federal Government as a Project Manager and at the Department of Immigration and Border Protection in roles such as Operations Manager and Business Analyst/Test Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Administration with a Major in Accounting from the University of Canberra.
