Floyd Miller

Floyd Miller is an experienced professional with a strong background in membership strategy and operations, currently serving as the Director of Membership at A24 since May 2025. Previous roles include Vice President of Membership and Chief of Staff to the CEO at MoneyLion from July 2021 to May 2024 and various leadership positions at Albert from June 2016 to July 2021, including Head of Research and Development, Head of Membership, and Head of Customer Experience. At MassMutual, Floyd contributed as a Strategist from March 2015 to June 2016, achieving significant improvements in program engagement and revenue.
