James Cartwright

Editor and Creative Director

James Cartwright is a writer, editor, and art director who currently contributes to WeTransfer's WePresent platform and develops book projects for A24 Films. They helped establish the Centre for Homelessness Impact, focusing on editorial projects and published the book 'Using Evidence to End Homelessness'. Previously, James served as Senior Editor at AIGA’s Eye on Design and editor of Weapons of Reason Magazine. They are also the founder and director of Longstraw Bakery, recognized as one of the UK's Top 50 bakeries by the Good Food Guide 2025. James holds a BA (Hons) in Illustration from the University of the Arts London.
