Willa Sobel

Willa Sobel is an experienced professional in the entertainment and business sectors, currently serving as the Acquisitions, Development & Production Coordinator at A24 since October 2025. Prior to this role, Willa worked at WME | William Morris Endeavor, progressing from Agent Trainee in Scripted Television to Assistant to Co-Department Head and Partner Agent, and Assistant to EVP, Business Operations from November 2023 to October 2025. Willa also held the position of Strategy Associate at EY-Parthenon from August 2022 to November 2023, after a brief tenure as a Summer Associate at the same company. Willa founded and served as the Editor-in-Chief of MASH Magazine, an online publication focused on the business aspects of fashion, from September 2019 to May 2022, while also acting as Advisory Board Chairwoman. Earlier experience includes an internship with Access Ventures in 2020. Willa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and graduated from Kent Denver School.
