Aaron Winters

Aaron Winters has extensive work experience in the biotechnology and research field. Aaron is currently employed as a Senior Scientist at A2 Biotherapeutics, Inc. since January 2021. Previously, they served as an Advisory Board Member at Abveris from January 2020 to December 2021. Prior to that, Aaron worked at Amgen for over two decades, holding various roles including Research Scientist and Research Operations Manager. At Amgen, they focused on innovation and development of novel antibody discovery technologies and gained valuable operations skills. Aaron also has experience as a Client Services Associate at Work Training Programs and as an Immunproduction Specialist at Dako. Aaron began their career as a Biological Observer at NOAA in 1993.

Aaron Winters earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marine Biology from UC Santa Barbara, where they studied from 1988 to 1993. Aaron later pursued a Master of Science degree in Cannabis Science and Therapeutics at the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) from 2020 to 2022.
