Strategic Planning & Operations Manager II at A2 Biotherapeutics

Cory Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They started their career as a Warehouse Manager at NuVet Labs in 2005 and then moved on to become a Supervisor Records Management at Amgen from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, Cory worked as a Compounding Pharmacy Technician at Park Compounding Pharmacy and as a Biologist for The Urban Wildlands Group.

From 2014 to 2016, Cory gained experience in quality assurance and quality analysis roles at Amgen, Baxter International Inc., and Baxalta. They then joined Shire as a Quality Analyst I in 2016, handling tasks such as final review of batch records and assessing quality risks.

In 2016, Cory transitioned to Cynvenio Biosystems, Inc., where they took on roles such as Quality Assurance Associate II, Manager of Quality Assurance, and Project Manager. At Cynvenio Biosystems, they developed and implemented quality management programs and systems.

In 2019, Cory joined A2 Biotherapeutics, Inc., first as a Process Engineer and later moved up to positions such as Logistics Manager and Supply Chain Manager. Currently, Cory holds the role of Strategic Planning & Operations Manager II at A2 Biotherapeutics, Inc.

Cory Taylor pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology Management from California Lutheran University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, Cory obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from California Lutheran University. Additionally, they achieved an Associate of the Arts degree in Psychology from Moorpark College, as well as an Associate of the Arts degree in Social and Behavioral Science, also from Moorpark College. Furthermore, Cory holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification obtained in February 2016.
