Darsh Thakkar has extensive experience in the field of automation testing. Darsh started their career as a QA Analyst at SCM DATA in 2009, where they were responsible for planning, design, and development of test scripts and cases using a framework. Darsh also created and managed recovery scenarios.
In 2013, Darsh joined Cri as a QA Analyst, where they performed requirement analysis and wrote test plans for manual testing, system testing, integration testing, performance testing, and regression testing.
Later in 2013, they worked as a Senior QA Analyst/Automation Tester at Sogeti, where they reviewed and understood business and testing requirements and wrote detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Darsh was also responsible for writing automation scripts using Selenium IDE, WebDriver, and Eclipse.
Moving forward, in 2014, Darsh worked at Advantage Tech as a Senior SQA Tester/Automation Tester. Darsh collaborated closely with project teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and internal business partners (IPs) to clarify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Darsh also administered and maintained team projects in TFS.
Darsh then joined Data Concepts in 2014 as an Automation Tester, where they identified test cases to be automated and performed data-driven testing and GUI checkpoints using QTP and Selenium. Darsh wrote automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Eclipse.
In 2015, they joined Gunnison Consulting Group, Inc. as an Automation Tester. Darsh conducted automation and manual testing using structured methodologies and developed web services automation for manual and automation testing using SoapUI. Darsh also performed Java automation using Selenium WebDriver, Eclipse, TestNg, and Maven.
In 2016, they joined Accenture as a Senior Automation Tester. Darsh enhanced the existing Serenity/Cucumber framework, supported build deployment testing processes, and developed automated testing suites for web applications in the legal domain using Selenium WebDriver and Page Object Pattern approach.
Moving on to 2017, Darsh started working at TWD as a Lead Automation Tester. Here they implemented an automation framework for regression suites using Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber. Darsh designed and created robust, modular automation scripts using the Page Object Model and Page Factory patterns. Darsh also conducted manual and automated testing to ensure coverage of all business requirements.
In 2018, Darsh joined Nuvitek as a Lead Automation Tester. Darsh maintained and enhanced the existing automation test framework and scripts. Darsh also trained junior test automation engineers and developed a robust Selenium Page Object Model Framework using Object-Oriented Programming Java and TestNG.
Most recently, in 2019, Darsh joined a2c IT Consulting as a Lead Automation Tester. Here they worked on Agile methodologies, creating test scripts using C# and Selenium WebDriver for functional test cases. Darsh designed and developed a BDD/TDD/ATDD framework using SpecFlow and added scenarios in feature files and step definitions.

Darsh Thakkar pursued their education from 2008 to 2009 at DeVry University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management. Additionally, in November 2015, they obtained the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
