Randy Pomeroy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Randy began their career in 1994 as a Restaurant Manager at Hardshell Café before transitioning into the customer service field at Aetna Inc in 1998. Randy then joined Aetna as an Associate Business Analyst Help Desk, resolving member and provider inquiries. Randy later became an Associate Business Analyst, leading user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and checkout testing. Randy continued to progress in their career at Aetna, taking on the role of Project Coordinator, where they acted as a liaison between IT, Medical Management Department, and Data Analytics teams. Randy also worked as a Senior Consultant, creating value in projects by analyzing areas of improvement and applying appropriate testing models. Additionally, Randy served as an Actuarial Analyst, overseeing various tasks including rate case analysis, product management, and maintenance of the Aetna Quoting System.

Moving to different companies, Randy worked as a QA Lead at HighPoint Solutions, where they were responsible for determining testing work effort and drafting test strategy documents. Randy then joined A2C I.T. Consulting as a Business Analyst, working on process improvement projects and documenting business processes.

Most recently, Randy worked at AmeriHealth Caritas as a Senior Business Analyst, analyzing existing policies and procedures, conducting JAD sessions, and identifying impacts and training colleagues on new changes.

Throughout their career, Randy has demonstrated their ability to understand business processes, gather requirements, and provide recommendations for improvement. Randy has also shown proficiency in testing, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Randy Pomeroy's education history begins in 1992 when they attended Lehigh University. The specific degree and field of study completed at Lehigh University is unknown.
