Ryan Mitchell

Ryan Mitchell currently serves as a Staff Planner at Horsley Witten Group, Inc. since December 2023. With a strong background in climate change advocacy and research, Ryan has volunteered with several organizations including the Center for Climate and Resilience Research (CR)2 and A2Empowerment, Inc. Ryan previously held the position of Market Research Analyst at Aquatic Labs, where market research on marine sensors and environmental DNA was conducted. Prior experience includes consulting for the Conservation Measures Partnership and volunteering with the Carbon and Oxygen Restoration of the Ocean and Air. An academic background includes a Master of Arts in International Development and Social Change from Clark University and an undergraduate degree in Geography from Mount Allison University, complemented by roles as a course assistant and writing tutor during graduate studies.
