Billy Liu

Billy Liu is an experienced professional with a diverse background in quality assurance and consulting. Currently self-employed as an assessor and independent consultant since January 2017, Liu has also held prominent roles such as Lead Assessor at the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) since April 1996 and Supervisor at LGD Co., LTD. from September 2015 to December 2016. Previous positions include Consultant in Quality & Marketing in the automotive sector at QST International Corp. and VP of Quality and Marketing at Boltun Group in China. Liu has a history of leadership, serving as Managing Director at Fu Yang Heat Treating and VP of Sales, Supply Chain, and Quality at QST International Corp.
